Overview
The Fab Fours Heavy Duty Winch Front Bumper with Full Guard in black, part number DR10-A2950-1, is a winch-ready front bumper with a full grill guard. It accepts winches up to 16,500 lb or smaller and is built for strength and durability.
The bumper provides more tire clearance to eliminate rubbing. It has 3/4 inch D-ring mounts and Fab Fours’ 90mm fog and 60mm turn indicator lights included, and it is made from a mix of 1/4 inch and 3/16 inch steel.

Winch and recovery setup
A winch-ready bumper gives the winch a solid mount, but the whole recovery setup works only as well as its parts. The winch, its cable or synthetic rope, the fairlead and the recovery points should all be matched. Heavier loads put more stress on the frame and mounts, so a winch rated well above a vehicle’s weight is a common choice.
Use the D-ring mounts for pulls that do not need the winch, and keep shackles rated for the load. After recovery, look over the winch mount bolts and the bumper brackets for movement. Grease the winch drum and check the cable for kinks, frays and damage before storing the rig.
