The ARB ASK001 is an Air Locker repair kit from ARB 4×4 Accessories. It supplies a 6′ blue nylon hose, an emergency line coupler and spare ferrules for repairing the air line that operates an ARB Air Locker.

Before starting a line repair
A repaired air line is only as reliable as its cut and connections. Start by cutting the hose square with a sharp tool so the ferrule seats evenly. Cuts that are angled or rough can let the fitting pull loose under pressure, which shows up as a slow leak at the locker.
Support the repaired run so it cannot rub against the axle, frame or suspension links. Keep the line away from heat sources and sharp edges. Because the kit does not include compression nuts, tube support or the retaining spring, gather those parts before cutting so the repair is not left half finished.
