Overview
The Smittybilt 97510 is the X2O 10K GEN2, a waterproof wireless winch rated for 10000 lb with cable and a roller fairlead. Smittybilt says the X2O line was enhanced in nearly every area for better performance and trouble-free operation.
The winch has a sealed, series-wound 6.6 hp motor and a three-stage planetary gear train. Smittybilt says its optimized gear ratios deliver quick line speeds, and its 500 amp solenoid pack is completely waterproof and mounts in one of two locations.
The controller can be wired to the winch or unplugged for wireless use, and the remote control has a 12 ft. lead. Smittybilt backs the winch with a Lifetime Mechanical Warranty and a 3 Year Electrical Warranty.
Because this model uses cable, its line type differs from the synthetic rope Comp Series version of the same X2O line. Choose the line type that suits the recovery work you do most.

Installation notes
