Overview
The Rigid Industries Q Series Pro Combo LED Light, part number 544813 in black, is a 6.7 inch driving and spot LED light for off-road, commercial truck, marine, power sports, agriculture, and fire and rescue use. It is universal fit, so it is not built for one make, model or year, and it mounts with the included 304 stainless bracket and vibration isolator.
The light combines a Hyperspot option with a Driving pattern. The Hyperspot is a 5 degree ultra-narrow spot beam for long distance work, with a patent-pending aperture system that blocks unused light for a clean beam. The Driving version uses a narrow, oval-shaped reflector that projects both spot and flood beams, creating an oblong beam with a bright center hot spot and wide horizontal dispersion. Q-Series covers offer a 50% forward projecting option and a 50% area light option.

Wiring a driving light safely
Auxiliary lights draw considerable current, so the wiring matters as much as the light. Use a fused relay circuit with a switch on the dash, and size the fuse and wire for the load the light draws. Keep the connections dry and sealed, and secure the wire so it does not rub on the frame or chafe near moving parts.
A combo pattern is most useful when the light can be switched between uses quickly, so position the switch where it is easy to reach. Check connections after the first few drives, look for chafing at grommets, and test the aim on flat ground before a trip. Replacing a cracked lens early keeps the output and the beam shape consistent.

Installation notes
A vibration isolator and 304 stainless bracket come with the light, but a wire harness and switch are not included, so plan the wiring before mounting.
