Overview
The Rigid Industries 45020 is a 1.50 inch tube mount system with three-piece adjustable clamps for E-series lights on 1.50 inch tubing. Rigid’s clamp system works on tubing from 1.00 to 2.25 inch, and this kit is the 1.50 inch version within that range.

Measuring your tube
A tube clamp is only as good as the fit around the tube. Wrap a flexible tape around the bar at the planned clamp spot to confirm the circumference matches a 1.50 inch tube, and look for rust or flattened sections that would keep the clamp from seating evenly. A proper seat stops the fixture from twisting when the trail gets rough.
Plan the mount before drilling or welding anything. Keep the fixture away from the bar’s bends and tow points, and leave room for the light’s adjustment range. Route the power cable with the fused relay in mind, so a single loose connection does not drop voltage at the lamp and leave the light dim on the trail.
