Overview
The Omix-Ada 17904.03 is a heater motor for the 1991–1995 Jeep Wrangler (YJ) in Base, Islander, Renegade, Rio Grande, S, SE and Sahara trims. Omix-Ada builds it as a direct OE replacement to the original specifications.

Heater motor replacement tips
The heater motor turns the blower wheel that pushes air through the heater and defroster. When it fails, the blower may not run, may run only at some speeds or may make grinding noises. Before replacing it, test the fuse and the blower switch, since a simple fault elsewhere can look like a dead motor.
When fitting a new motor, make sure the blower wheel spins freely by hand and the mounting ring sits flat against the housing. Check the connector for corrosion and confirm it locks fully. A loose wire or dirty contact can cause intermittent operation that is easy to mistake for a motor fault.
Keep the ductwork and cabin filter clear, since a restricted airflow path adds load to the motor and can shorten its life.
