Overview
The Fab Fours JK1004-1 is a front fender gill box in 2 stage matte black, made from 11-gauge steel. It is built for 2 and 4-door Jeep Wrangler models and gives the front fender a more aggressive, wide body look.
The gill box is CNC laser cut and brake formed, and it has an integrated rock light mount. Fab Fours designed it to bolt to the base fender of its replacement fender system with stainless steel hardware, with no drilling required.

Caring for matte black finish
Matte finishes show marks differently from gloss, and abrasive cleaners can leave shiny patches. Wash with mild soap and water and use a soft cloth, which keeps the surface even. A chip in a 2 stage matte finish should be touched up with a matching product before it spreads.
Gill boxes sit close to the tires, so mud and road grit build up at the edges and in the gap with the base fender. Rinse these areas after off-road trips and check the fasteners at each service. Because the part is steel, any scratch down to bare metal should be treated promptly to limit rust.
