Overview
The Crown Automotive 36364 is an axle shaft oil slinger for the front axle that works on either the driver or the passenger side. It installs on the stub shaft for the spindle seal.
A slinger throws oil and dirt away from the seal behind it, which helps the spindle seal last. Crown lists this one for the 1980-1983 Jeep Cherokee (SJ), the 1977-1983 CJ5, the 1977-1986 CJ7, the 1980-1988 J10 and J20, and the 1981-1985 Scrambler.
