Overview
The Bestop WrapAround Windjammer in Black Denim (part number 80033-15) is a soft-top enclosure for the 1997–2002 Jeep Wrangler (TJ) that wraps around the sport bars to protect the cockpit from dust, wind and rain.
The windows are 30 mil vinyl and the fabric is heavy-duty factory original, with high strength thread at every stress point. It fits the SE, Sahara, Sport and X trims and attaches to the center sport bar and the sport bars.
Key features
- Wraps around the sport bars
- 30 mil vinyl windows
- Heavy-duty factory original fabric
- High strength thread for durability
- Vinyl rear window with lower cargo cut-out
- Premium fabric resists UV fading and mildew
Wrap-around versus center mount
A wrap-around enclosure changes how the cockpit is protected. Because it follows the sport bars, it covers the sides of the cockpit in addition to the rear, which helps keep dust and wind out of the seating area. The trade-off is that the sport bars carry more of the load, so they must be solid before fitting.
Vinyl windows in this style are exposed to more sun and flex. Check for cracks at the corners where the window meets the fabric, and avoid folding the vinyl sharply. Wind noise can rise at speed if an edge lifts, so re-check the fit after rough drives.
- Inspect sport bars for rust or looseness before fitting
- Check window corners for cracks
- Re-check fit after rough trail runs

It fits the 1997–2002 Jeep Wrangler (TJ) in the SE, Sahara, Sport and X trims.
Later TJ model years, and the JK, JL, LJ and YJ Wrangler models, are not on this list. Confirm your vehicle’s year, model and trim before ordering.
Installation notes
It mounts to the center sport bar and the sport bars rather than to the floor, so those bars need to be in place before fitting.
