Overview
The Baja Designs 447064 is a two-seat mounting kit for one 30 inch RTL rear light bar on a stock Polaris RZR roll bar. It is designed for 2-seater models, and Baja Designs offers a separate kit for 4-seater RZRs.
The manufacturer fitment list covers 2015-2018 Polaris RZR 900, RZR S 900, RZR S 1000, RZR XP 1000, RZR XP Turbo, RZR RS1 and RZR S4 900 models.

Light bar and roll bar fit
A roll bar mount carries the load of the light bar through the vehicle’s frame and roll cage, so the bar’s weight and wind resistance matter at speed. Check that the roll bar tubing is in good shape before mounting, because rust, dents or loose welds weaken the attachment point.
Choose the light bar length and beam pattern for how you ride. A longer bar spreads light across a wider area of trail, while a narrower bar concentrates it. Match the bar’s connector and harness to the vehicle’s wiring, and route cable where the roll bar will not pinch it.
Brackets and fasteners loosen with trail vibration, so inspect them after the first few rides and then periodically. Replace bolts that show stretching or corrosion, and touch up bare steel on the roll bar to slow rust.

Vehicle fitment
The kit fits 2015–2018 Polaris RZR models in 2-seat form, with the RZR S4 900 and RZR RS1 covered for 2018 only. Confirm fit for your vehicle’s year, model and trim before ordering.
Models from 2019 onward and 4-seater RZRs are not covered by this kit. Confirm your vehicle’s year, model and trim before ordering.
