The PowerAid spacer has a Helix bore and billet aluminum construction. It is marked 50 State CARB approved and is made in the U.S.A.
Key features

- Helix bore for mid-range power
- Aims to improve low-end torque and fuel efficiency
- Bolt-on installation
- 50 State CARB approved
- Made in the U.S.A.
Before you install
A throttle body spacer sits between the throttle body and the intake, so the gasket seal at both faces matters. Before fitting it, clean the mating surfaces and look for nicks or warped areas that could let air leak past the seal. Torque the bolts evenly so the spacer seats flat without pinching the gasket.
Once it is on, start the engine and listen for hissing or a rough idle, which can signal a vacuum leak at the joint. Many vehicles tolerate the change without any adjustment, but the throttle position sensor and idle control respond to airflow, so watch for warning lights during the first drive. Inspect the spacer and gasket at oil changes and after any throttle body service.
