Overview
The Addictive Desert Designs Bomber HD Front Bumper, part number F560053500103, is a black plate steel front bumper for the 2019–2020 Ram 2500 and Ram 3500. It is a heavy duty bumper with a separate winch plate built in.

Winch and recovery setup
A winch plate changes what the front end can do on the trail. Mounting a winch directly to the frame, rather than to the bumper skin, keeps the load path short and reduces flex in the bumper face. Match the winch’s rated pull and mounting bolt pattern to the plate before installing, and keep the rope or cable path clear of the light mounts.
Clevis mounts are used with D-ring shackles for pulls. Pick shackles rated for the load and inspect them for wear, bent pins or cracked bodies before each recovery. Snatch straps and winch cables should be checked for fraying, and damaged lines should be replaced before the next pull.
