Overview
The Smittybilt MOLLE Sport Bar Cover Kit, part number 5667201 (S/B5667201), is a set of foam-lined canvas sport bar covers with MOLLE attachment points for the 2018–2022 Jeep Wrangler (JL) 4-door.
The covers provide MOLLE attachment points in the front, center and rear sections of the sport bar for MOLLE-style pouches. They are made of foam-lined, 600D striped canvas with double layer stitching, heavy-duty zippers and Velcro closures. The kit is UV protected and has pre-cut holes for seat belts and sound bars, so those are not blocked. The covers go on over the bar without taking anything apart.

Packing pouches on the sport bar
MOLLE pouches add weight to the sport bar, so keep heavy items in the center section where the bar is best supported and spread lighter pouches toward the ends. Overloading the webbing can pull the covers out of shape over time. Check that each pouch clips firmly and that nothing rubs against the roll bar or the padding.
Keep seat belt paths and sound bar placement clear before loading pouches. The pre-cut holes are there for that reason, so re-check that they line up after each reinstall. Canvas covers tend to wear at zipper ends and Velcro edges first, so look there each season.
