Overview
The Rigid Industries 55004 is a pair of chrome Truck-Lite 7 inch round LED headlights with a heated lens and PWM headlight adapters for the Jeep Wrangler JK. They fit 2 and 4-door models.
The lens heating element turns on automatically at temperatures under 50 degrees F. Parabolic reflector technology, encapsulated circuitry and a die cast aluminum housing are part of the design.

Heated lenses in cold weather
A heated lens is useful when frost, ice or road spray gathers on the front of the lamp and cuts light output. Because the heater runs automatically below the set temperature, the lens stays clearer on cold starts without manual switching. Keep the lens clean, since dirt and salt can trap moisture and slow the warm-up.
Adapters are the part most often overlooked. PWM adapters connect the lamps to the vehicle’s electrical system, so confirm the connectors are fully seated and the grounds are clean before reassembly. Route the heater circuit through a fused relay, and leave a little slack in the harness so suspension movement does not pull on the plugs.
