Overview
The Omix-ADA 12405.04 is a clear back up lamp lens for early Jeep CJ models. It fits the 1959–1960 and 1966–1975 Jeep CJ5 and CJ6, plus the 1955–1958 Willys CJ-5 and 1956–1958 Willys CJ-6. It is sold as a lens only and fits either the passenger or driver side.
A bulb and housing are not included, so the back up lamp unit you already have is what this lens fits into.

Back up lamp lens basics
A back up lamp lens is a clear cover over the lamp, and its main job is to pass light cleanly while keeping water and dust out. On older CJs the lens can become fogged, cracked or pitted from sun and washing. Check the lens edge and the gasket for gaps, since moisture trapped inside the lamp can corrode the reflector and socket.
Because the bulb and housing stay in place, match the bulb to the lamp you already have before replacing the lens. Clean the lens surface with mild soap rather than abrasive pads, and avoid strong solvents on older plastic. A lightly clouded lens can often be cleaned, but cracks and deep scratches call for replacement.

Years between 1961 and 1965 and from 1976 onward are outside this fit. Make sure the year, model and trim match your vehicle before ordering.
