Before you buy
A rear disc rotor works with the pads and caliper to slow the wheel, and its friction surface wears down with every stop. When rotors are replaced, it is common practice to fit new pads at the same time, since worn pads can leave uneven contact that makes a new rotor pulse. Before reusing any rotor, look for deep scoring, a raised lip at the outer edge, heat spots, or thickness below the minimum stamped on the rotor. Replace what is worn rather than trying to save a part that will not hold a true surface.
Because this rotor has no coating, it can show light surface rust after sitting in wet weather or overnight. That is normal and usually clears after a few stops.
