Overview
The Baja Designs 447582 is a fog light mounting kit that places two Squadron-R LED fog lights into the factory fog pockets of listed Chevrolet Colorado and GMC Canyon trucks, and of Chevrolet Silverado and GMC Sierra pickups from 2015 to 2016. The kit is plug and play: it uses your factory fog light switch and hardware, so the lights mount where the factory fog lights were.
Two mounting brackets built for the fog pocket and a wiring adapter make up the hardware side of the kit. The Squadron-R lights are sold separately.

Wiring and light aim
Fog lights are usually wired through a relay or switch circuit, so a plug and play kit depends on a clean factory connector. Inspect the harness for brittle insulation, corroded pins and heat marks before you start. Once the lights are mounted, aim them low and level so the beam lights the road without glaring into oncoming traffic.
Aftermarket LED lights can draw different current than the factory lamps they replace, so confirm the factory fuse and wiring suit the new load. Recheck the brackets after a few rough drives, since bumper hardware can settle and shift the aim.

Colorado and Canyon model years outside 2015–2017, and Silverado or Sierra years outside 2015–2016, are not covered. Confirm your vehicle’s year, model and trim before ordering.
Installation notes
The wiring adapter connects the lights to the factory fog light wiring, so no separate switch is needed. Check that the factory fog light connector is in good condition before you begin.
