Overview
The Assault Industries heavy-duty rear chassis brace, part number 201010RR3201, is a black rear brace for the 2018 and newer Polaris RZR XP Turbo S. It is designed and manufactured in America and bolts on without drilling.
The brace places the radius rod mounting points in double shear, which increases rigidity and improves handling feel. It works with aftermarket radius rods and does not work with the OEM high clearance radius rods.

Radius rod compatibility
Radius rods control how the rear axle moves under acceleration and braking, so any change to the rod mounts affects how the chassis feels. Because this brace is built around aftermarket radius rods, check that the rods you own are the aftermarket type before ordering.

Torque values and tightening sequence should come from your installation instructions, and re-check the hardware after the first few trail runs. Wear in the rods and bushings is often what makes a rear end feel loose, so replacing them alongside the brace is a common choice.

It is made for the XP Turbo S only, so the non-turbo RZR XP 1000 and RZR XP 4 1000 are not covered.
