Overview
The Smittybilt fold and tumble rear seat in black denim vinyl, part number 41315, pivots forward so the cargo area behind the front seats can be opened up. It installs with minimal drilling and includes mounting hardware.
It is a direct fit for the rear position. Confirm fit for your vehicle’s year, model and trim before ordering, and check the mounting points against your own vehicle first.
Key features
- Folds forward to free cargo space
- Black denim vinyl covering
- Minimal drilling required

Denim vinyl care
Denim vinyl has a textured surface that hides light dirt better than smooth vinyl, but grit can still wear into the grain over time. Vacuum the seat regularly and wipe it with a mild soap solution, rinsing the cloth to avoid leaving residue in the texture.
Because the seat folds forward into the cargo area, the back of the seat and its hinge points can collect dust and debris. Clean these areas when you fold or tumble the seat, and lubricate the pivot points with a light grease to keep the motion smooth.
Check the mounting hardware after the first few trips, especially if you use the cargo area for heavy loads. Look for shifting, creaking, or loose fasteners, and tighten them as needed. If the denim vinyl begins to split at seams, address it early to keep the seat from failing at the edges.
- Vacuum grit from the texture regularly
- Lubricate hinge pivot points
- Recheck hardware after first trips
