Mirror setup and visibility
A side mirror is only useful when it is set at the right height and angle. The Explorer’s polymer housing keeps weight low on the roll bar, and the wide visibility range helps when the trail narrows. Set the mirror before the first run so it does not shift after the first bump.
Roll bar clamps tighten against the tube, so check torque on the clamp bolts after the first few outings. Vibration on rough terrain can loosen them, and a loose mirror can drift and lose its view. Inspect the housing for cracks, especially around the mounting arm.
