Overview
The Vertically Driven Products 792201 is a black overhead sound bar with two pre-wired dual cone speakers and an interior dome light, made to fit the Jeep Wrangler. It mounts next to the sport bar, which positions the speakers near ear level while driving.

Overhead speaker placement
Overhead bars sit close to the ear and above the sightline, so speaker position matters for sound and comfort. Aim the speakers down toward the seats and keep the bar clear of the windshield and sun visors. Check that the dome light does not glare at night once the bar is in place.
Overhead mounts take vibration, sun and rain, so inspect the mounting hardware after rough trail runs and at each season change. Look for loose brackets, cracked plastic and wiring that rubs against the frame. Keep the wiring secured with clips so it stays clear of moving parts.
