Overview
The AO Coolers 36-pack Mossy Oak Cooler, part number AOMO36, is the largest model in the Mossy Oak Camo line. It is universal fit and is not made for a specific vehicle.
It has a high-quality liner made of the same material used in waterbeds and above-ground pools, with high-density closed cell foam insulation three-quarters thick. It holds ice for 24 hours in 120-degree heat.
Key features
- Mossy Oak Camo finish
- Closed cell foam insulation, three-quarters thick and high-density
- Liner that AO says will never leak or sweat
- Guaranteed for life, with the liner replaced if the cooler ever leaks
Large cooler setup
Setting up a large cooler is mostly about layout. Place a layer of ice or cold packs on the floor, add the cold food, and finish with a top layer of ice. This keeps the coldest material in contact with the food and makes the cooler easier to unload at camp.
The cooler works best with a dry interior. Drain melt water when it builds up, and dry the liner before storing. Keep the lid closed during the day to limit warm air, and plan meals so the cooler opens as few times as possible. Check the lid seal and carry handles before each trip, since the cooler is heavy once full.
- Keep drinks separate from food
- Drain meltwater during long stops
