Overview
The Advantage Sure-Fit tonneau cover, part number ATA606929, fits the 2017-2021 Nissan Titan in PRO-4X, Platinum Reserve, S, SL and SV trims. It has a heavy duty, entirely black frame and bows that keep a stylish look even when the cover is rolled up.
Adjustable nylon snaps have tension tabs that hold them in place, so they do not slide and scratch the black rails. Spring-loaded support bows, vehicle specific clamps and hook and loop retention straps keep the cover in place when it is installed and rolled up.
Key features
- Heavy duty, entirely black frame and bows
- Adjustable nylon snaps with tension tabs that keep them from sliding and scratching the rails
- Spring-loaded support bows
- Vehicle specific clamps
- Hook and loop retention straps
- Snaps on all rails for direct access to the front and rear of the truck bed
- Designed for all-climate conditions
Keeping snaps and bows working
The adjustable nylon snaps are designed to grip the rails without sliding. Keep the rail surfaces and snap ends clean, since grit between them can wear the tension tabs and cause the snaps to slip. When you install or remove the cover, work each snap evenly so the tension stays balanced across the length of the bed.
Spring-loaded bows keep the top of a soft cover tight when it is rolled or closed. Check the bows for bends or loose ends during routine service, and replace any that no longer hold the cover taut. Hook and loop straps can lose grip over time, so press them flat after each season and replace worn sections before they fail.
Tension and fit change with temperature and use, so recheck the snaps after the first few trips. A quick look before a long drive helps catch a loose clamp early.
